Circles of life

Once upon a time
 people believe in magic and mystics.
 All the time they prayed and waited
 for fairies to come along
 like bunnies ears-upped heeding,
 like butterflies through the flowers wavering.
 
 Now tracing back to the source
 of the cryptic names down the crust,
 it is from the start and in the end
 but a charm in a shape round –
 completion of a cycle,
 yet open to endless rounds of ceaseless cycles.
